Our service process

Lost Packages: We will resend the order or issue a refund after verification.

Incorrect / Damaged Products: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo/video proof. Once verified, we will resend the product or issue a refund.

Provide Info: Share your Shopify backend URL and Collaborator Code.
Install App: Download the Dianxiaomi App on Shopify (Note: Do not register your own account; we will connect directly using our account).
Grant Access: Approve our access request (granting App and Order permissions). We will then complete the setup within 1-2 minutes.

Sync & Payment: Orders sync automatically daily to generate an invoice. Upon receiving your payment screenshot, factory purchasing is completed by 4:00 PM (Beijing Time) daily.
Standard Processing Time (2-3 Days): The time it takes for goods to travel from the factory to our Shenzhen warehouse (this is separate from the 5-10 day international shipping time).
Quality Control & Shipping: Products undergo a basic quality inspection (QC) upon arriving at our Shenzhen warehouse. Once verified, they are packed and shipped.
Tracking Auto-Sync: Tracking numbers automatically sync to your Shopify store, marking the order as “Fulfilled” and triggering an email to your customer.
Free Pre-Stocking Service: For stable order volumes with simple SKUs, we offer free advance stocking. This reduces processing time to under 12 hours (enabling mostly same-day shipping).

Bank Transfer: Local accounts available in multiple regions (avoids international transfer fees).
Credit Card: Paid via a dedicated payment link.
PayPal: Accepted, but transaction fees must be covered by the payer.
